Processing and Shipping Time:

  • Orders will typically be processed and shipped within four business days, but please note that delays can occasionally occur. We strive to fulfill your order promptly.

Warranty Assurance:

  • At ODUMA Watches, we stand by the quality of our products. All our watches undergo rigorous testing to meet the highest standards. Your watch purchase comes with a full 12-month warranty for your peace of mind. Please note that this warranty will be void only if the watch has been tampered with by a third party.

Return Policy:

  • We believe in the importance of trying on and inspecting our watches in person. For this reason, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy for all online, email, or phone orders. You are entitled to a full refund within this period, provided the item is returned in its original retail condition. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Our 14-day return policy does not apply to purchases made directly at our physical premises, as customers have the opportunity to inspect and try the product before purchase.

Adjust to Fit Watches:

  • Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for watches that customers have requested to be adjusted to fit before delivery.

Return of Unworn Watches:

  • Unworn watches can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as when they were sold, including all stickers in place and not removed.

Ownership and Payment:

  • All watches remain the property of ODUMA Watches until paid for in full. Orders are accepted with the understanding that full payment must be made before delivery.

Discounts:

  • Discounts are applied to the original retail price of the article and may not apply to second-hand goods. Details of discounts will be provided at the time of purchase.

Processing Fee:

  • A 3% processing fee, based on the item’s value, will be applied to cover administrative costs. 
  • Insurance and Shipping:

Rest assured that all our watches are fully insured during transit to protect against any damage. Please contact us if you have specific insurance requirements for returning an item.

International purchases are shipped using DHL Express or FedEx, ensuring swift delivery to most destinations. Please note that customs clearance may affect delivery times for international orders.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions. However, any changes will not affect orders placed before the modifications were made. Customers will be notified of any updates.
